Using Breathless Garlic Roasters

Microwave and Dishwasher Safe!

Rinse roaster lid in water while you prepare your garlic bulb. Cut off the tip (leaf end, opposite the root end). To retain the full health benefits, press down on the bulb as you roll it the on the cutting board, to slightly crush the cloves inside, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Place the bulb, cut side up, in the center of the base plate. Pour a tablespoon of olive oil over it and put the lid on the base. For garlic paste, place the roaster in a cold oven and cook at 375º F for 15 minutes. For whole cloves al dente, steam in the microwave on high 1-2 minutes. Allow the garlic to cool gradually and squeeze out the paste or separate the cloves. Wash your garlic roaster in hot soapy water.

Use your Garlic Roaster as a Garlic Steamer in your Microwave!

Linda's Pasta with Roasted Garlic
Cook desired amount of pasta according to package directions. While cooking pasta, microwave garlic in your Garlic Steamer. Remove lid to cool. While steaming your garlic, saute your favorite vegetables, seafood or poultry in olive oil or butter. Toss cooled pasta with sauteed mixture. Squeeze cooled garlic cloves out of their skins and drop into pasta and vegetables. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Season to taste with lemon pepper and salt.
Serve immediately or reheat for the next day!
